How to place an order step-by-step?

What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
In such a situation, first of all, you should not accept the shipment from the courier. If the delivered shipment raises suspicions and the packaging appears damaged, please refuse to accept it and inform us about the situation. We will try to send you a new product or refund the amount paid as soon as possible.
A more thorough inspection of the shipment is possible only after paying for it and signing for its receipt. In reality, the courier is not obliged to participate in this process, but you can ask them to wait. If the courier does not agree, you should remember (and possibly remind the courier) that in case of damage, the courier will have to come again to draw up a damage report.
At the moment the damage is discovered and the report is drawn up, the shipment remains with the recipient. We guarantee that we will help you in the process of returning the product to our store and completing the entire process.
I'm not receiving emails from Rebellion Wear. What can I do?
Please check your Spam folder. Please check that the correct email address is entered in your Profile. If your email address is correct and the emails are not in your Spam folder, please contact us and we will help you
Can I make changes to the order?
Please contact our Customer Service Center. We will check the status of your order and confirm if it's possible to change the delivery address or product.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
After a successful order, the Rebellion Wear team will process and dispatch it, and you can expect to receive it within 1-4 business days.
Will the courier contact me before delivery?
Couriers are not obliged to call the recipient before delivery, so we cannot guarantee this. It is an individual choice of the courier, but from experience, we can say that the courier usually calls the recipient before delivery (usually early in the morning on the same day).
Can I receive a Saturday delivery?
- Shipments selected for delivery to an address are delivered only on working days.
- Shipments selected for pickup at an Econt office or APM can be picked up on Saturdays, depending on the working hours of the respective office.
How can I check if my order has been shipped?
Order status information is available in "My Profile" (for registered users only). Automatic emails with information about the status of the given order are sent to the email address you provided
Can I postpone the shipment of the order until a later date?
Of course, this is possible, but only until the product has been packed in our warehouse and handed over to the courier. If the order is at the "processing" stage, please contact our Customer Service Center or write a warning for later delivery in the "Order Notes" field.
Orders can be delayed for a maximum of 7 days.
EXCHANGES and RETURNS
Return and Exchange Policy
Order Exchanges
Every Rebellion Wear order arrives carefully and specially prepared for each of our customers. To avoid unnecessary exchanges, if you are unsure before ordering, you can check the description of each product, where you will find detailed information about the size, content, and materials.
You can exchange your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. You can exchange it for a different size of the same product, if it is still in stock, or for another available product of the same value.
Products you wish to exchange/return must meet the following criteria:
- Your Rebellion Wear product has not been worn
- Your Rebellion Wear product is in good commercial condition with no signs of use
- There is no damage to the packaging or box
- You have all accessories and leaflets that come with your Rebellion product
All you need to do is send the products you wish to exchange, along with a completed return and exchange form with information about the product you are returning and the product you wish to exchange it for, and the exchange will be processed.

Order Returns
If for any reason you have decided that you wish to return your purchased Rebellion Wear product within 14 days from the date of receipt, and we will refund your amount by bank transfer within 14 calendar days, after ensuring that the product meets the following criteria:
- Your Rebellion Wear product has not been worn - Your Hyper Clothing product is in good commercial condition with no signs of use - There is no damage to the packaging or box - You have all accessories and leaflets that come with your Rebellion product.
All you need to do is download and print, fill it out and put it in the box with the product you want to return or exchange, and the return will be processed.

How long does it take to review something?
A specific payment will be refunded within 5 to 14 days, according to the terms stipulated by law and your completed form.
What documents do I need to prepare for the courier who will be picking up my return?
Please include a return form in the package. A return shipping label will be provided by the courier.
How long does it take to process a complaint?
